私はこれまでファンケルの事業を通じて、世の中にある不安・不満・不便などの「不」を解消することを大切にしてきました。池森ベンチャーサポートは、その思いを次の世代へつなぐために設立した、本気で社会課題に挑む起業家のためのファンドです。
私たちは、資金面だけではなく、経験やネットワークも活かし、課題に真剣に向き合う起業家の「実現したらワクワクする」挑戦を全力で応援します。
事業を育てるには時間も覚悟も必要です。短期的な成果にとらわれず、起業家の志に寄り添い、未来につながる事業づくりに取り組んでまいります。
Throughout my journey building FANCL, I held one principle at the center of everything: resolving the "FU" — the anxiety, dissatisfaction, and inconvenience that burdens people's lives. IKEMORI VENTURE SUPPORT was founded to carry that conviction forward to the next generation, as a fund for entrepreneurs who confront society's challenges with genuine resolve.
We bring more than just capital. We leverage our decades of hard-won experience and networks built over a lifetime in business to support the challenges of entrepreneurs who face problems head-on and whose visions, when realised, would be truly thrilling.
Building a meaningful company takes time and courage. We will walk alongside each entrepreneur and their aspirations— undistracted by short-term results — devoted instead to ventures that open a genuine path toward the future.
